Performed: Never. (Almost accepted for Huddersfield CMF (too long); 
accepted for performance in University of York Music Project, but withdrawn.)

The String Sextet was originally written as an entry for the Huddersfield 
Contemporary Music Festival's 1987 Composition Competition. It was submitted 
under the title Still Life.
