Abstract

At a recent discussion concerning the composition of 'serious' 'classical' music nowadays, particularly in terms of publishing, distribution, making a living, etc., the internet, of course, emerged as a subject. Although audio is still fairly poorly represented on the internet, (although 'static' MIDI is better), the standard is improving and it is certainly already possible for composers to demonstrate or distribute material through this medium.
