pTech Materials List
Most of the materials required for Performance Technology are free or cheap, but you may need, or want, to buy some components.

- A mini amplifier/speaker. Ideally battery powered, or a computer speaker usually works well. It may well be possible for you to build this.

- Connectors to that speaker. You'll need to solder things to these, so several are necessary.

- A variety of piezo discs, light dependent resistors, resistors, batteries (alkaline or rechargeable, alkaline are much better - but environmentally much worse), tape heads, etc., necessary according to your projects.

- Old (dispensable) toys, speakers...

- Breadboard(s)

- 4584 x2 (hem 1st ed ch18) (74C14) Hex Schmitt Trigger IC (74C14, CD4584 or CD40106)

part number: 83-0482

- Try these but for interesting results: 74HC14

- Some small signal diodes, such as 1N914.
